• Trout fish 4 whole cleaned
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1 tablespoon
• Lemon juice one cup
• Green chilies ground 6
• Coriander and mint leaves ground One cup
• Olive oil. One cup
• Lemon two cut in oblong pieces
• Lettuce leaves I bunch
• Broccoli four florets boiled in water and drained.
How to make Tawa Trout Fish
METHOD:
Wash the trout.
Rub with salt, pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, coriander and mint leaves. Please remember to reseed the green chilies.
Let the fish stand in a fridge covered with foil for one hour.
Place a tawa on the medium flame and pour small quantity of olive oil.
And when hot place the fish and let it cook ten minutes each side on low heat.
When the fish is golden brown, drain excess oil ona kitchen paper.
Prepare the rest of the fish.
Serve with boiled rice or brown flour roti garnished with lemon pieces, broccoli and lettuce leaves.
