ترکیب:

چاولوں کو ایک پیالے میں ڈال دیں اور اس میں اتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ چاول ڈھک جائیں۔ تین گھنتے تک بھگوکے رکھیں اور زیادہ سے زیادہ آٹھ گھنتے بھی بگھو سکتے ہیں۔ ایک دیگچی میں پانی گرم کریں۔ چاولوں کا پنی نکال کر کسی برتن میں ڈال کے گرم پانی کے برتن اوپر رکھیں اور بیس منٹ کے لئے اسٹیم رکھیں۔ اس کے بعد چاولوں کو ہلکا سا بھون لیں۔ ایک بڑے پیالے میں کوکونٹ کریم، چینی اور نمک کو آدھی مقدار ڈال دیں۔ اس میں چاول ڈال کر چمچہ چلاتے رہیں۔ اس کو ٹھنڈا کر کے رکھ دیں۔ چاول کوکونٹ مکسچر کو جذب کرلیں گے۔ وقفے وقفے سے چمچہ چلائیں۔ ایک چھوٹے پیالے میں کوکونٹ ملک، دو کھانے کے چمچے چینی اور ای چٹکی نمک مکس کرلیں۔ جب سرو ہوتو چاولوں کو سرونگ پاؤلز میں تقسیم کردیں۔ اس پر آم کے سلائس رکھیں۔ اس کے بعد کوکونٹ ملک مکسچر ڈالیں اور تل سے سجا کر سرو کریں۔
