Sweet Of Yogurt vidhi

• Dahi ………1 Kilo
• Doodh …….1/2 cup
• Cheeni ……250 Gram
• Katy badam …….3 table spoon
• Kuty pisty ……3 table spoon

Banane ki tarkeeb

• Pehly 1 Kilo dahi ko malmal ky kapry main bandh kr adhy ghanty k liay latka dain , ta k is ka pani nikal jay.

• Phr dahi main ½ cup doodh shamil kr dain.

• Is k baad 3 khany k chamchy kuty badam aur 3 table spoon kuty pisty dal kr blander main 1 mint k liay bland kr lain.

• Akhir mian isy freezer main rakh kr thanda krain.

• Mazedar dahi ka metha tayar hai.

دہی کا میٹھا

اجزاء:
دہی........ 1کلو
دودھ ........1/2پیالی
چینی ........... 250گرام
کٹے بادام .........3کھانے کے چمچے
کٹے پستے ........... 3کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

پہلے 1کلو دہی کو ململ کے کپڑے میں باندھ کر آدھے گھنٹے کے لیے لٹکادیں ، تاکہ اس کا پانی نکل جائے ۔
اب ایک گہرے پیالے میں دہی اور 250گرام چینی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں ۔
پھر دہی میں 1/2پیالی دودھ شامل کردیں۔
اس کے بعد 3کھانے کے چمچے کٹے بادام اور 3کھانے چمچے کٹے پستے ڈال کر بلینڈر میں ایک منٹ کے لیے بلینڈ کرلیں ۔
آخر میں اسے فریزر میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کریں ۔ مزے دار دہی کا میٹھا تیار ہے
