2) baby Carrots 6(finely chopped)
3) Beans 10(finely chopped)
4) garlic 1tsp(mince)
5) onion 1/4cup(finely chopped)
6) water 4 cups
7) cornflour 3tsp
8) sugar 1/4 tsp (according to tast)
9) salt To taste
How to make Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup
METHOD:
1. Saute onion and all other vegetables for 5 min.
2. Mix water and cornflour.Add required salt and sugar.
3. Add cornflour mixture to vegetables and bring to boil Simmer to required consistency.
4. Sprinkle spring onion on top.
