Ingredients

3 Lemons, squeezed.
50g Ginger, finely shredded
handful of fresh Mint leaves.
1 cup strawberries, cut in quarters.
¼ cup Sugar
6 cups of Water
4 cups of Ice

How to make Strawberry, Lemon and Ginger Mocktail

METHOD:

1.In a small pot boil sugar, ginger and two cups of water for 10 minutes to make a ginger concentrate.

2.Add lemon juice, ginger concentrate, fresh mint leaves, strawberry, 4 cups of water and ice into a blender. Mix until it turns into a smoothie consistency.

3.Serve and enjoy!
