Chicken nuggets will be prepared in 3 stages.
1st Stage: Marinating chicken with spices.
2nd Stage: Preparing nuggets.
3rd Stage: Frying nuggets.
1st Stage: Ingredients required for marinating chicken
- Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg (small pieces)
- Salt: as per taste
- Ground Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Chinese Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
| Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, Chinese salt, ground black pepper, and chicken pieces into a bowl and mix well so that chicken is spiced completely.Store spiced chicken in refrigerator for 30 minutes. |
2nd Stage: Ingredients for Preparing nuggets
- Marinated chicken
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
- Beat eggs well in a bowl.
- Dip marinated chicken pieces in beaten eggs well.
- Apply breadcrumbs onto the chicken.
- Nuggets are ready to fry.
3rd Stage: Frying nuggets Ingredients
- Oil for frying
- Kitchen tissue paper for absorbing oil
- Heat the oil.
- Lower the flame when oil is heated.
- Add nuggets and fry until they are golden brown.
- Revert to fry other side when one side is golden brown colored.
- When nuggets are ready, take them out on an absorbant tissue paper so additional oil is absorbed.
- Yummy nuggets are ready. Enjoy with tomato ketchup
|Note: Breadcrumbs nuggets may also be stored in freezer for future use. Do not revert chicken again and again, this will remove the crisp of chicken. When one side is completely fried then revert it once to fry the other side.|
