Chicken nuggets- This recipe has been in our family for years. The only problem with it is that there's never enough. It's great for parties, too. Chicken nuggets are usually liked by children and it is mostly served at tea time or as a lunch for children. Chicken is first marinated and then coated in your favourite coating which is usually flour and bread crumbs. Chicken are then deep fried in oil till they become golden brown. These heavenly tasty nuggets are served with ketchup or sometimes with garlic sauce and any other mayo sauces. You can add your favourite seasonings to the chicken nuggets. We devour these golden brown chicken nuggets at least once a week

Chicken Nuggets banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
چکن میں نمک، لہسن،سفیدمرچ، سرکہ اور سویا سوس لگا کر آدھے سے ایک گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ آمیزہ بنانے کے لئے انڈوں کی سفیدی پھینٹ کر میدہ ، کارن فلار، نمک اور سفید مرچ ملا لیں۔ اس مکسچر میں اتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ گاڑھا سا آمیزہ بن جائے چکن کی بوٹیاںاس آمیزے میں ڈپ کرکے پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر تین سے پانچ منٹ تک گرم کریں اور چکن نگٹس گولڈن فرائی کرلیں۔ٹشو پیپر یاخاکی کاغذ پر نکال لیں۔
مصالحہ لگی چکن کو دو سے تین دن تک ہوا بند ڈبے میں بندکرکے فریزر میں رکھ سکتے ہیں۔

Namak hasb e zaiqa
Lehsan pisa howa 1 khanay ka chamch
Safaid mirch pisi hoi 1 chaye ka chamcha
Kaal mirch pisi hoi adha chaye ka chamach
Sirka 2 sy 3 khanay k chamach
Soya sauce 2 khaany k chamach

Amezah banany k liye :

Meda 1 piyali
Corn flour adhi piyali
Namak hasb e zaiqa
Safad mirch pisi hoi adha chaye ka chamcha
Ando ki safaidi 2 adad
Cooking Oil talny k liye

Chicken main namak, lehsan, safaid mirch, kaali mirch, sirka aur soya sauce lga kar adhay sy ek ghanty k liye fridge main rakh dain. Ameza banany k liye ando ki safaidi phaint kar maida, corn flour, namak aur safaid mirch milaain. Is mikschar main itna thanda paani main milaain k garha sa ameza ban jaye. Chicken ki botiyaan is amaizy main dip kar k pandra sy 20 minute k liye fridge main rakh dain. Karhai main cooking oil ko darmiyani anch per teen sy panch minute tak garam karain aur chicken nuggets golden fry karlain. Tissue papper ya khaaki kagaz per nikaal lain.

Tip: Masala lagi chicken ko 2 sy 3 din k liye Airtight dabbay main band kar k freezer main rakh sakty hain.

Homemade Fried Chicken Nuggets Recipe (in English):


Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken: 1 kg
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Ground Garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Ground White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar: 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Mixture:

  • All Purpose Flour: 1 cup
  • Corn Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Ground White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Egg Whites: 2 pcs
  • Cooking Oil: for frying


Method:

  • Apply salt, garlic, white pepper, vinegar and soy sauce on chicken and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Now in order to make the mixture, combine beaten egg whites, all-purpose flour (maida), corn flour, salt and white pepper together.
  • Add little water enough to make it a thick mixture.
  • Now soak chicken pieces in the mixture and store in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat cooking oil in a wok for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Now fry all nuggets until they are golden.
  • Remove on a tissue paper or brown absorbent paper.
  • Chicken nuggets are ready to serve. Enjoy with tomato ketchup and other sauces.

Note:
Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for 2 to 3 days in an air-tight container.

I like the chicken nuggets which are hard and brown in colour. I cook them till they become dark brown in colour and hard. The softer chicken nuggets are very not appreciatable. This chicken nuggets recipe is very nice and Just made the nuggets I like.

These were great! The chicken was very juicy. I whipped them up for dinner in about 15 minutes. I scaled the recipe down for 2, and I think that there was too much flour. I used about half a cup for 2 good sized chicken breasts. Next time I may also add some pepper flakes to the flour mix.
