ہری الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ
کریم۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1کپ
عرق گلاب۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چند قطرے
بریڈ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2سلائس
کنڈیسنڈ ملک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹن

کیریمل کے لئے:
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1کپ

ترکیب:

بلینڈ ر میں2/1-1کپ دودھ،4عدد انڈے، 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ ہری الائچی،2/1 کپ کریم،چندقطرے عرق گلاب، بریڈ کے 2سلائس، ایک ٹن کنڈیسنڈ ملک، 4کھانے کے چمچے پسا کھوپرا،ڈال کر بلینڈ کرلیں۔
اب کریمل بنانے کے لئے 2/1 کپ چینی کو پگھلائیں،یہاں تک کہ وہ لائٹ گولڈن ہوجائے۔
پھر کیریمل کو ایک جیلی مولڈ میں ڈال کر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
اب اس پر دودھ کاآمیزہ ڈالیں۔ پھر بیکنگ ٹرے میں پانی ڈالک کر مو لڈرکھیں اور 45 منٹ کے لئے بیک کرلیں۔
کوکونٹ پڈنگ کو فریج میں ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے رات بھر چھوڑ دیں اب اسے اُلٹ کر سرو کریں۔
