2 cups all purpose flour 1\2 tsp baking soda 1\4 tsp salt 1\2cup brown suger 1\2 cup white suger 3\4 butter softed 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1\2 cup coconut powder 1 cup chopped cashews unsalted 1\2 cup chopped dates makes 21\2 dozen cookies

How to make cashew and coconut cookies

METHOD:

preheat oven to 300f. In a medium bowl combine flour soda and salt .Mix well with a whisk and set aside .In a medium bowl combine suger white and brown with electric mixer at medium speed. Add butter and mix form paste add 2 eggs at a time. then vanilla extract beat till smooth Add flour mixture coconut cashews and dates .Blend at low speed just until combine do not over mix .Drop by round tablespoon on greased baking sheets 2 inches apart bake for 23 to 25 minutes until brown or golden then cool it .
