ترکیب:

٭ پتیلی میں آئل گرم کریں، پیاز بھونیں ساتھ ہی اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، ہلدی، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر، دار چینی، چھوٹی الائچی اور تیز پات ڈال کر اچھی طرح دس منٹ پکائیں۔
٭ پھر اس میں ایک کلو چکن اور ایک چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر، آدھا چمچ کھیوڑہ اور ایک چمچ قورمہ ایسنس ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر کے پکائیں اور ڈھکن ڈھک دیں۔
٭ اب اس میں دہی، جائفل جاوتری پاؤڈر، چکن پاؤڈر، نمک، زیرہ پاؤڈر، پسی ہوئی سونف اور ایک چمچ گرم مصالحہ شامل کر کے مصالحے کو اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔ بس تیار ہے آپ کا اسپیشل قورمہ جو بنے اتنا لذیذ کے دل نہ چاہے چھوڑنے کا۔
