1) Beef 1/2 kg
2) Yellow onion, peeled 1
3) Green peppers, cleaned 2
4) Spanish olive oil 2 tbsps
5) Lemon juice 1 tbsp
6) Light soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
7) Oregano 1/2 tsp
8) Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Cut the beef into half cubes.
2. Cut the onion and green peppers into 1 inch pieces.
3. Marinate the meat and vegetables in the olive, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, salt and pepper for about 2 hours.
4. Then alternate vegetables and meat on skewers.
5. Broil until lightly browned about 15 minutes.
