اجزاء:
انڈر کٹ------------------------ (چوکور بوٹیاں) 1/2کلو
لہسن--------------------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سفید سرکہ---------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی)------------ 1/2پیالی
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک---------------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل----------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
کھیرے، ٹماٹر، سلاد پتے-------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

پیالے میں انڈر کٹ، لہسن، کالی مرچ، سرکہ، پیاز، تیل اور نمک ڈال کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔انڈر کٹ کولکڑی کی سیخوں پر لگادیں۔ گرل پین گرم کرکے تیل سے چکنا کریں، سیخوں کو اس پو دونوں جانب سے پکا کر اُتار لیں۔ مزیداری شیش کباب کھیرے ، ٹماٹر اور سلاد پتوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
