How to make Malai Kabab Recipe (Creamy Kebab)
METHOD:
- In a chopper, finely chop together chicken, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger and the white bulbs of spring onions.
- Add the raw papaya paste, fresh cream, eggs, and Malai Tikka Masala and mix well.
- Press handfuls of the mixture onto thick skewers and barbecue on hot coals.
- Baste with oil at regular intervals.
- Serve hot when cooked through.
