Minced meat___ half kg
Potato___ 250 grams
Cloves, Cinnamon___ as required
Pomegranate grains___ 25 grams
Mint___ 1 bundle
Green chili___ 2 or 3 nos
Onion___ 2 bundles
Eggs___ 2 nos
Ghee___ as required
Black pepper___ small amount
Gram pulse___ 125 grams
Green coriander___ 1 bundle
Unripe mango___ 1 no
Crushed red pepper___ To taste
Gralic___ 9 nos
Ginger___ 1 small bundle
Salt___ as required
METHOD:
Wash minced meat and pulse and boil with salt, red pepper and garlic and grind.
Boil potatoes and
mash on slab.
Prepare the chutney of pomegranate grains, green coriander, green chili, salt,
red pepper, unripe mango without water.
Add crushed seasoning, crushed ginger, salt and remaining red pepper into
chopped minced meat and mix well to disslove all the ingredients well.
Prepare small pieces of mash potatoes and place
potato pieces into evry minced meat kababs.
Braek eggs into a cup and beat well.
Dip minced meat pieces into egg and fry
in fying pan.
Draw when it is red.
Very delicious shami kababs are prepared.
They are very delicious with
lettuce, reddish slices or tomato.
