دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین چوتھائی پیالی
چھوٹی الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین سے چار عدد
دار چینی۔پسی ہوئی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے اک چمچ
بادام۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ سے دس عدد
پستے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آٹھ سے دس عدد
پسا ہوا ناریل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چوتھائی پیالی
گھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین سے چا کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

شکر قند کو دھو کر دو پیالی پانی میں ابالنے رکھ دیں،جب اچھی طرح گل جائے تو اسے ٹھنڈا کر لیں اور کانٹے سے میش کرلیں۔پستے اور بادام کو صاف دھو کر باریک کاٹ کر رکھ لیں۔الائچی کے دانے نکال کر پیس لیں۔
میدہ میں بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور دار چینی ڈال کر چھان لیں،علیحدہ پیالے میں گھی اور چینی کو ملا کر پھینٹ لیں۔
انڈوں کی سفیدیوں کو الیکٹرک بیٹر سے پھینٹیں اور اچھی طرح سخت ہونے پر اس میں زردیاں ملا کر پھینٹ لیں۔
پھینٹے ہوئے مکسچر میں میدہ اور شکر ڈالتے ہوئے ہلکے ہاتھ سے ملائیں اور آخر میں الائچی شامل کریں۔
اوون کو ایک سو اسی ڈگری سینٹی گرڈ پر پندرہ سے بیس منٹ گرم کر لیں اور کیک پین کو چکنا کر لیں،تیار کئے ہوئے مکسچر کو کیک پین میں ڈال کر اوون میں رکھ دیں اور اسے ایک گھنٹے تک لے لئے بیک کرلیں۔
