سویاں------------ 1پیکٹ سفید موٹی
زردہ---------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
گھی--------- 200گرام
الائچی--------------- 4عدد
چینی-------------- 200گرام
کیوڑا--------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کھویا---------------- 250گرام
بادام پستے---------------- 100گرام
اشرفیاں------------------ 100گرام

ترکیب:

پانی کو اُبال کر اس میں زردے کا رنگ ڈالیں۔اب اس میں ایک پیکٹ سفید موٹی سویاں ڈال کر 5منٹ پکائیں اور چھان لیں۔
پھر 200گرام گھی گرم کرکے 4عدد الائچی ڈالیں۔
ساتھ ہی اُبلی ہوئی سویاں اور 200گرام چینی شامل کرکے تیز آنچ پرپکائیں۔
جب پانی خشک ہوجائے تو اس میں 1چائے کا چمچہ کیوڑا،250گرام کھویا،100گرام بادام ، پستے اور 100گرام اشرفیاں ڈال کر 5منٹ دَم پر رکھ دیں۔شاہی سویوں کا زردہ تیار ہے۔
