Rice flour 2cups
Sugar 2 cups
Clarified butter 300 gram
Green cardamoms 4
Dried milk 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Almond (fried) 50 gram
Screwpine 1 tbsp
Saffron ½ tsp
How to make Saffron Halwa

METHOD:

Heat oil clarified butter in a wok; add rice flour and fry; remove from flame.
Add saffron, sugar, cardamoms, dried milk, crem and screwpine; mis well and put on dum.remove from flame when clarified butter separtes

Dish out halwa, garnish with almonds
