• Raho fish cut in fillets 1 kg
• Onion sliced and browned lightly 1 tablespoon. extra onion makes the fish sweet.
• Ginger garlic paste 4 tablespoons
• Turmeric 1 teaspoon
• Red kashmiri chili powder 1 teaspoon
• salt to taste or 1 teaspoon

• balck pepper one teaspoon
• garam masala 1 teaspoon
• dhania powder 1 teaspoon
• nutmeg and mace 1 teaspoon mix
• dhania or coriander green 1/2 cup
• green chillies deseeded 4 chopped
• methi dried 1 tablespoon
• lemon juice 2 tablespoons
• tomatoes 4
How to make Rohu Fish Curry Special
METHOD:
1. Wash the fish and rub ginger garlic paste on it. Let it stand for 1.2 hour.
2. Then add 1/2 cup oil in fry pan and lightly fry the fish. This prevents it from breaking and gives a fresh flavor.
3. Remove and place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
4. Now take a pan and put the oil in it. Add onions and blended mixture of ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons, tomatoes and fry.
5. Add red chili powder, dhania powder, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric, garam masala, nutmeg and mace powder and fry till oil separates.
6. Now lower the heat and add fried fish.
7. Let it simmer on low heat after boiling once with 1 glass of water,
8. Garnish with green chillies, coriander green, methi dried, lemon juice, green chillies
9. When curry is done, serve with boiled rice or roti.
