کاجو------------------- گارنش کے لئے
کشمش-------------- 10گرام
ردا------------- 2کپ
گھی----------------- 125گرام
چینی---------------- 375گرام
بادام-------------- 10گرام
پستے-------------- 10گرام
کھوپرا------------- 10گرام

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں125گرام گھی گرم کرکے اس میں10گرام بادام، 10گرام کشمش، 10گرا م کھوپرا اور 10گرام پستے فرائی کرلیں۔یہاں تک کہ اس پر اچھا سا رنگ آجائے۔
اب انھیںگھی سے نکال کرالگ کریں۔پھر 2کپ ردافرائی کریں۔یہاں تک کہ اسکا رنگ گولڈن ہوجائے۔
پھر فرائی کئے ہوئے ردا میں4/1چائے کا چمچہ،پسی الائچی اور 375گرام چینی شامل کردیں۔
اب اس مکسچر کو سل پر ڈال کر اچھی طرح پیس لیں۔
پھر اس میں فرائی کئے ہوئے اجزا شامل کریں اور لڈو کی طرح بنالیں۔
اب انہیں کاجو سے گارنش کریں؛ردا کے لڈو تیار ہیں۔
