رس ملائی بنانے کے لئے سب سے پہلے پین میں دودھ اور چینی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھ دیں اب ایک باؤل میں سوکھا دودھ الائچی پاؤڈر گھی اور انڈہ پھینٹ کر ڈال دیں ساتھ ہی بیکنگ پاؤڈر بھی شامل کردیں اب اس میں ایک ایک کر کے گرم دودھ ڈلتے جائیں اور گونڈھ لیں اب ہاتھ پر گھی لگا کر بولز بنالیں اور دودھ میں ڈالتے جائیں اس کے بعد پندرہ منٹ ڈھک کر رکھ دیں آخر میں کیوڑا شامل کر دیں اور ڈش میں نکال کر ٹھنڈا کر کے سرو کریں۔
