• Chicken 1 kg whole
• Salt 1 ½ tsp
• Turmeric ¼ tsp
• Chili powder 2 tsp
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 4 tbsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
• Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Onion chopped 3 tbsp
• Almonds 2 tbsp
• Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
• Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
• Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
• Saffron ¼ tsp
• Kewra 1 tbsp
• Oil ¼ cup
How to make Rani Pasand Roast
METHOD:
• Grind together almonds, poppy seeds, coconut and sesame seeds.Marinate chicken for two hours with the following ingredients ,salt 1 ½ tsp, Turmeric ¼ tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Lemon juice 4 tbsp, All spice 1 tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp and Yogurt 1 cup.
• Heat oil in a pan .Fry chopped onion till light golden. Add marinated chicken and fry on both sides.Add in the marinade, cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken is tender and oil floats on top. Garnish with French fries and boiled eggs.
