chicken -2 breast piece or 1/2 kg boneless
oil - 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
cream -1 cup
yoghurt - 1 cup
crushed red chilli - 1 table spoon or as required
salt - as required
coriander (chopped) - 1/2 cup
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
kari patta - 4 to 5 leaves
garlic chopped - 1 clove
How to make Quick Malai Boti
METHOD:
Ek pan mei 2 tbspn oil lijye or chicken add kardijye ab jab tak chicken ka colour lyt brown na hojai tab tak bhunei us k bad ginger garlic paste dal k bhunei ab isko chulai pe se hata dijye ab ek piali mei cream or dahi sath mei phent lein or chicken mei add kar lijye or taiz anch pe pakaye 3 min bad ismei crushed red chillies daliye ab apko jitni gravy chaye atay hi coriander dalye or salt dal k 1 min paka k chula band kardijye.
Upar se garam masala dalye (dont mix it).
Ab ek alag pan mei bacha hua oil dalye or lehsin or karri pattay ka bhagar tiar kar k chicken k upar dalye.
Apki chicken tiar hai garam naan ya parathay k sath serve kijye.
Hint : agar apko gravy thori ziada chaye to ap is mei 1/2 cup milk add krsaktay hain.
Malai boti is a very soft barbeque dish of chicken. Normally, a barbeque chicken becomes red brown in color but malai boti becomes white. Ingredients used in the recipe are yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander curry leaves, garlic and garam masala. The use of cream and yogurt makes the difference. Using both of these turn it soft in eating and white in color.

Malai boti is perfect barbeque thing that you would also enjoy while making with friends or family. I am seeing this recipe, it is nice and quick that is the attraction in it and I am planning to make it . I love malai chicken but this recipe is extra-ordinarily quick and thats why i would choose this recipe next time.
yes it seems to be short recipe. I have seen other recipes too . they are very lengthy as compared to this one so if you want to make it quickly such as when there are guests or you have short time to cook for family, then consider this one. But even this recipe would take more time than other ordinary foods.
