How to make Prawns with Mange Tout
METHOD:
Peel prawns, leaving tail shells on. Make a small incision along spines. Remove black spinal cords from prawns. Cook mange tour (snow peas) in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and arrange on 4 plates.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add prawns and ginger and cook gently for 5 minutes, turning them once.
Add lime juice, peel and soy sauce; cook for 1 minute. Arrange the prawns on the mange tout (snow peas), then pour over dressing. Serve at once.
