How to make Shrimp (Jhinga) Turai
METHOD:
1. Heat oil in pan, fry sliced onions and prawns together over medium heat.
2. When onions are transparent add garlic, turmeric, chilli powder and salt and fry for a further minute or two.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry.
4. Add peeled and sliced sponge gourd.
5. Simmer on low heat until vegetables are done.
