Ingredients

1) 90 ml Cake flour
2) 45 ml r Ice flour
3) 2.5 ml Baking powder
4) 45 ml Sesame Seeds ( Thill)
5) 10 ml red Curry paste or any other Curry paste
6)20 ml Soy sauce or Vinegar
7) 1 egg beaten
8) 150 ml cold Water
9) 350 gr peeled Prawns
10) little extra flour

How to make Sesame Prawns

METHOD:

1. Mix together flour, rice flour, baking powder and sesame seeds.
2. Using a whisk, stir in the curry paste, soy sauce, egg and water to make a thin coating batter.
3. If a thicker paste is desired, use lesser water.
4. Toss prawns in extra flour - dip in batter.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
6. Fry on medium heat.
7. Drain excess oil and remove from oil.
8. Serve hot with chutneys or sauces.
