اجزاء:
آلو ۔۔ چار عدد
ٹماٹر پیوری ۔۔ ایک پیالی
ثابت سفید زیرہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پانی ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچیں ۔۔ سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

آلوؤں کو چھیل کر درمیان سے دو کاٹیں، پھر باریک کاٹ لیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں اور لہسن ادرک اور زیرہ سنہری کرلیں۔ اس میں ٹماٹو پیوری اور لال مرچیں ملا کر پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں، پھر آلو اور پانی ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ اس میں نمک ملائیں، پھر ہرا دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں چھڑک کر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
