Pav vidhi

Maida 4 cup
Khameer 2 kahnay k chamchay
Namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
Pisi cheeni 2 khanay k chamchay
Makhan ya Tail 4 khanay k chamchay
Anda 1 adad

Banane ki tarkeeb

Maiday main khameer, namak, cheeni anda daal kar 45 minute k liye rakh dain aur is ko mix kar k pairay banain aur dobara 20 minute k liye rakh dain. Ab in par anda laga kar 200 degree C grade per bake kar lain. Pav taiyar hai.

میدے میں خمیر،نمک، چینی انڈا ڈال کر45منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں اور اس کو مکس کرکے پیڑے بنائیں اور دوبارہ 20منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اب ان پر انڈا لگا کر200Cپر بیک کرلیں۔پاو تیار ہے۔
