Paneer Tikka
This is a special diet recipe and a must for weight watchers.
Ingredients
Paneer [Cottage cheese] cubes 20
Chat masala 1 tablespoon
Zeera 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon or salt to taste
Kala namak 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Dahi or yoghurt 2 cups light
Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
Canola Oil 1 tablespoon/Olive oil
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Coriander and onions to garnish.
How to make Paneer Tikka
Method
Take a bowl and add whipped dahi, all spices,ginger garlic paste and paneer [cottage cheese] cubes.
Add lemon juice and let stand for the night in fridge.
Next day grill on coals, oven grill at 180 degrees C for 7 minutes tossing halfway.
Garnish with onions and coriander.
Serve with tandoor roti.
