پسا ہو ا ناریل----------------- ایک پیالی
پسی ہوئی دار چینی---------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------- 4/1چائے کاچمچہ
پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ---------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ-------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک حسبِ---------------- ذائقہ
تیل----------------- تلنے کے لئے
ٹماٹر، سلاد پتے-------------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

مچھلی میں لہسن، کالی مرچ، سفید مرچ، لال مرچ، انڈہ، دار چینی اور نمک ملا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اس میں کارن فلور اور میدہ ملائیں۔ مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں کو ناریل میں لپیٹ لیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور مچھلی کے ٹکڑے سنہری تل کر جاذب کاغذ پر نکال لیں۔سرونگ ڈش کو سلاد اور پتوں سے سجائیں اور ناریل والی مچھلی رکھ کر پیش کریں۔
