اجزاء:
مونگرے (چھوٹے ) کلو
آلو چار عدد
پیاز دو عدد
ٹماٹر(چوپ کر لیں) چار عدد
تیل کپ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ہلدی پاؤڈر چائے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا(چوپ کیا ہوا) دو چائے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

مونگرے دھو کر صاف کر لیں اور اس کی ڈنڈیاں کاٹ لیں۔ آلو چھیل کر ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ پیاز لجھے دار کاٹ کر گرم تیل میں ڈال کر بادامی رنگ ہونے تک فرائی کر یں۔ اب اس میں نمک اور سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر اور ہلدی پاؤڈر ڈال کر بھونیں اور مصالحے کی طرح تیار کر یں۔ جب مصالحہ بھن جائے اور تیل چھوڑ دے تو اس میں مونگرے ڈال دیں اور 2کپ پانی ڈال کر پکائیں۔ جب مونگرے تقریباً گل جائیں تو اس میں آلو اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر پکائیں، جب آلو گل جائیں اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اتنا بھون لیں کہ مونگرے تیل چھوڑ دیں۔ اب اوپر سے ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر 5منٹ دم پر رکھیں۔ مونگرے کا سالن تیار ہے۔
