ماوایا کھویا------------ 4/3کپ
مونگ کی دال--------------- 1کپ
زعفران------------(تھوڑے دودھ میں گھلا ہوا)
چینی-------------------------- 1کپ

ترکیب:

پہلے مونگ کی دال کو گرائینڈ کرلیں۔اب ایک دیگچی میں گھی گرم کرکے اس میں دال کو فرائی کرلیں۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ گولڈن ہوجائے۔اب اس میں ماوا ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر مسلسل پکائیں،یہاں تک کہ دال اور ماوا یا کھویا اچھی طرح سے مکس ہوجائے ۔ پھر اسے چولہے سے ہٹا کر ایک طرف رکھیں۔اب شیرہ تیار کرلیںاور اس میںتھوڑے دودھ میں گھلا ہوا زعفران اور پسی الائچی شامل کردیں۔پھر اس میں دال کا مکسچر ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔اوپر سے چاندی کے ورق اور بادام ڈال کر گارنش کرلیں۔
