Mixed Vegetable
I like vegetables, because they give natural nutrition and energy.
Ingredients
Cabbage 1 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Mattar 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup
Cupsicum 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tbp
Soya souce 2 tbp
Chille souce 2 tbp
Chiness salt 2 tsp
Oil for fry.
How to make Mixed Vegetable
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Capsicum and Mattar and fry them.
2. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Mix the soya souce, chilli souce, chiness salt or black pepper and pour over the vegetables.
4. Cook on dum till tender. Serve hot.
