Ingredients
1 cup Cabbage
1 Carrot
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Mint leaves
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
to taste Salt
How to make Mint Coleslaw

METHOD:

In a bowl put together 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp cream, 1/4tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mint leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp sugar and salt to taste.

Mix well, now adds 1 chopped carrot and 1 cup chopped cabbage. Mix well
and serve.
