Tikka Masala................................ 1 tbsp
Garam Masala............................. 1/4 tsp
Ginger Paste................................ 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste................................. 1/2 tsp
Mint Leaves................................ 1 cup
Green Chili................................. 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice............................... 1 tbsp
Maida.......................................... 1/2 cup
Water........................................... 1 cup
Roll Patti ..................................... As per needed
Breadcrumbs............................... As per needed

How to make Tikka Mint Roll
METHOD:
- In a bowl: Combine chicken, Tikka Masala, Garam Masala, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, mint leaves, green chili and lemon juice. Set it aside.
- In another bowl: Add water in maida and make a paste.
- Separately, take a roll patti and add chicken mixture in it. Wrap it well.
- Seal with the maida paste.
- Cover the roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry well.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
