میدہ چھنا ہوا---------- ایک پیالی
گھی-------------- 4/1پیالی
تازہ دودھ------------- حسبِ ضرورت
چینی----------- 4/3پیالی

ترکیب:

ساس پین میں گھی کو گرم کریں۔ جب دھواں نکلنے لگے تو اس میں سے کھانا پکانے والے چمچے کا 2/1چمچہ لے کر میدے میں شامل کریں اور ہاتھ سے خوب مسلتے ہوئے ڈبل روٹی کے چورے کی طرح کرلیں۔ اس میں تھوڑا ، تھوڑا کرکے دودھ شامل کریں اور سخت آٹا گوندھ کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے چھوڑدیں۔ اس آٹے کی چھوٹی چھوٹی گیندیں بنا لیں۔ چٹائی کی پلیٹ الٹی کریں ایک گیند لیں، اور گیند کے درمیان میں انگلی رکھ کر اسے دباتے ہوئے اس طرح سے گھمائیں کہ اس پر چٹائی کے نشان آجائیں اور وہ سیپی کی شکل اختیار کرلے۔ اس عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے باقی گیندوں کی بھی سیپیاں تیار کرلیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور سیپیاں ہلکی آنچ پر سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔ چینی میں پانی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر تین تار کا شیرہ بننے تک پکائیں، پھر بیکنگ پاﺅڈر ڈال کر تیزی سے چمچہ ہلائیں اور اسے سیپیوں پر ڈال کر اچھی طرح سے ملا لیں۔
