مٹکا قلفی

اجزاء:
• دودھ_____ 1لیٹر
• کریم_____ 1کپ
• کنڈینسڈ_____ 1کپ
• الائچی پاؤڈر_____ آدھ چائے کا چمچ
• پستہ_____ 1چوتھائی کپ
• بادام_____ 1چوتھائی کپ
• روزمیری_____ 1چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
• ریڈ سیرپ_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک چوپر میں بادام اور پستہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح چوپ کر لیں اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب ایک پین میں دودھ درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں الائچی پاؤڈر، کنڈینسڈ ملک اور کریم ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے دس سے پندرہ منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔
اب اس مکسچر میں کٹا ہوا پستہ اور بادام ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر اس مکسچر کو دو برابر حصوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
اب ایک حصے میں گلا ب ایسنز اور ریڈ سیرپ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
پھر چھوٹے چھوٹے مٹی کے برتنوں میں قلفی کے فلیور بھر دیں اور ان کو فوائل پیپر سے ڈھک دیں اور ربر بینڈ لگا دیں۔
اب رات بھر چھ سے آٹھ گھنٹے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
