1/2 kg Beef
2 Fried onion
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Black pepper crushed
1 tsp Chaat Masala
2 tsp Roasted cumin
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tbsp Raw Papaya
2 tbsp Tamarind pulp
2 tbsp Dalda Cooking Oil
4 tbsp Green chili paste
1 Coal
to taste Salt

How to make Masala Botti


Marinate beef with 2 tbsp raw papaya and salt to taste overnight. In pan heat 2 tbsp Dalda cooking oil, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, fry well, add 2 fried onion, 1 cup yogurt, 4 tbsp green chili paste, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp cumin seeds and 2 tbsp tamarind pulp. Cook for few minutes. Now add marinated beef and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till meat tender. Now put a small bowl containing burning coal in the pan, drop some oil on it and cover. Take out beef in serving dish, sprinkle Chaat Masala and serve hot.
