Add ginger, garlic, salt, onions, red chili, cumin, coriander, all spice powder, and papaya to minced meat and grind well. Place this mixture in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Ingredients:
- Minced Meat: 1 kg
- Crushed Ginger Garlic: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Onions: 2 medium
- Red Chili Powder: 2 tablespoons
- White Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Ground All Spice Powder: 2 tablespoons
- Ground Raw Papaya: 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Cooking Oil: 1/2 cup
For Garnishing:
- Onion Rings: as required
- Lemon Pieces: as required

Method |
- Add ginger garlic, minced meat, salt, onions, red chili powder, cumin, coriander, all spice powder and raw papaya powder and grind all of them together.
- After storing in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, add yogurt and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Form round shaped kababs and fry them in a non-stick pan in oil. When they are cooked from one side, revert to cook from other side. They will cook within their own water.
- When water is dried, stir the pan holding with a piece of cloth so that kababs do not break and cooked finely from either sides.
- Ignite a coal and place among kababs on an onion skin. Drop some oil and cover the pan. Keep covered for 5 to 7 minutes to infuse coal aroma into kababs.
