1. Main Ingredients of Chapli Kebab.

2. Mix all spices with minced meat.

Chapli kabab

3. Add maize flour and mix well.

Chapli kabab

4. Add onions, tomatoes and green chili.

Chapli kabab

5. Form round dish shaped kebabs and place on a tray.

6. Fry kebabs in oil/melted fats on the griddle.

7. Chapli Kebab is ready to serve.

Chapli Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Minced Meat: 1/2 kg (fatty and thin machine cut)

  2. Thinly Sliced Onions: 2 pcs

  3. Thinly Sliced Tomatoes: 2 pcs

  4. Thinly Chopped Green Chili: 8 to 10 pcs

  5. Thinly Chopped Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch

  6. Crushed Coriander Seeds: 1 tablespoon

  7. Crushed White Cumin Seeds: 1 tablespoon

  8. Pomegranate Seeds: 1 tablespoon

  9. Maize Flour: 2 tablespoons (use 3 tablespoon if required)

  10. Thinly Chopped Green Chili: 8 to 10 pcs

  11. Salt: as per taste

  12. Oil or fats for frying

Method of Chapli Kebab

  1. Put minced meat into a pan and then mix all other ingredients with the meat. Mix well so that meat becomes softer and easy to shape.

  2. Form disc shaped kebabs with meat.

  3. Pour oil or melt fats on a griddle pan and fry minced meat kebabs and spicy chapli kebabs are ready.

  4. Now serve hot spicy chapli kebab with raaita, chutny and salad.

Note: It's up to you if you add either beaten or fried egg in the batter of chapli kebab.
