Beef Seekh Kebab recipe are the first choice of mostly people in the variety of kebabs when they plan to eat some barbeque item. Beef Seekh Kabab recipe is spicy kebabs made with smooth mince mixture. They can be either grilled over a barbecue, baked in an oven or pan fried over the stove and is commonly served with salads, raita and a variety of dips are made to enjoy these kebabs. People eat it with Naan and chapattis. Mince meat is marinated with many spices and raw papaya or meat tenderizer powder to make the kebabs soft and tender. The marination time for this Beef Seekh Kabab recipe is 2-3 hours minimum and can be extended. When the mince is marinated properly then it takes very shorter time to make beef Seekh kebab recipe.

اجزاء:
گائے کا قیمہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1/2کلو
گردے کی چربی ۔۔۔۔۔۔1/2پاﺅ
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1/4گٹھی
پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1عدد
ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔3-4عدد
ادرک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1درمیانہ ٹکڑا
پساگرم مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
پسازیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
پسا دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ


Beef Seekh Kabab banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
پہلے چوپر میں 1/2کلو گائے کا قیمہ ، 3-4عدد ہری مرچ ، 1درمیانہ ٹکڑا ادرک ، 1عدد پیاز اور 1/4گٹھی ہراد ھنیا شامل کرکے خوب اچھی طرح سے پیس لیں ۔ ساتھ ہی 1/2پاﺅ گردے کی چربی بھی شامل کرکے ایک سے دو منٹ تک مزید پیسیں ۔
پھر اس میں 1چائے کا چمچہ پساگرم مصالحہ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ پسازیرہ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ پسادھنیا اور حسب ذائقہ نمک شامل کرکے مزید ایک سے دومنٹ تک پیس لیں ۔
جب قیمے کا بالکل باریک پیسٹ بن جائے تو اسے ایک پیالے میں نکال لیں ۔
اب ایک الگ پیالے میں برف والا ٹھنڈ ا پانی رکھیں ۔
پھر ہاتھوں کو ٹھنڈے پانی سے گیلا کرکے تھوڑا تھوڑا قیمہ سیخوں پر سیخ کباب کی طرح لپیٹنا شروع کریں ۔
جب تما م سیخوں پر قیمہ لگ جائے تو ان تما م سیخوں کو ایک ساتھ انگیٹھی پر رکھیں اور آدھے آدھے منٹ کے بعد سائیڈ تبدیل کرتے جائیں ۔ خیال رہے کہ کوئلے کی آگ زیادہ تیز نہ ہو۔
جب تمام اطراف میں اچھا گولڈن کلر آجائے تو گرما گرم کباب اُتار کر سرو کریں ۔

I love seekh kababs .but please tell me the method of making kababs in oven too. Because making it in seekhs is very messy and I also don’t have the barbeque stove.
