کھوپرا------------- 200گرام
آئسنگ شوگر------------- 200گرام
انڈے کی سفیدی--------------- 4-5عدد
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر---------- 2چائے کے چمچے
میدہ------------- ایک کپ
ونیلا ایسنس-------------- چند قطرے
تیل----------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک مکسنگ باﺅل میں200گرام آئسنگ شوگر،4-5عدد انڈے کی سفیدی، 2چائے کے چمچے، بیکنگ پاﺅڈر،ایک کپ میدہ اور چند قطرے ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔اب ٹرے کو حسبِ ضرورت تیل سے گریس کرلیں۔ بیٹر کو ٹرے پر پھیلائیںاور پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20سے25منٹ کے لئے بیک کرلیں۔پھر اسے نکال کر گرم گرم حالت میںٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں اور ٹھنڈا کرکے سرو کریں۔
