Ingredients
Lamb meat 250 gram
Capsicums(cubed) 2
Carrot (finaly cut) 1
Tomato ketchup 1cup
Cabbage (finally cut) ½ head
Garlic (chopped) 50 gram
Whole red chillies
(break from the center) 50 gram
Corn flour
Chicken stock 1 ½ cups
Corn flour as required
Salt 1tsp
Oil for frying
How to make Lamb with Garlic Sauce

METHOD:

Cut meat into long and thin strip.
Heat oil in wok.
Coat meat with with corn flour and fry.
Heat little oil in a frying pan fry red chillies and garlic till golden.
Add capsicums, carrot and cabbage; fry on high flame and add meat.
Add tomato ketchup, salt and stock; add dissolved corn flour little at a time, stirring continuously, until gravy thickens.
Serve hot.
