Green chillies 5
Garlic paste 1tbs
Ginger paste 1tbs
Black pepper 1tbs and Tomatoes5
Salt as taste
Oil 1cup

How to make Lamb Karahi Without Red Pepper

METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan and add 5 crushed chillies,stir for 5minutes and add garlic and ginger paste and cook for 5minutes.now add lamb and salt together and cook untill meat is tender.now add tomatoes and cook on high heat and when you see water is drying then add black pepper and cook for about 10minutes.put some ginger slices and green chillies befoe serving with naans
