• 3 large eggs
• 1 small onion (Finally chopped)
• 1 green chilli (Finally chopped)
• 1 tomato (Finally chopped)
• salt & pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon milk
• 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
How to make Lahori Omelet
METHOD:
1. Heat 1 and 1/2 Tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions. Fry till golden brown and then add chopped green chili followed by diced tomatoes. Fry until tomatoes extract their juice.
2. Add red chili powder, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the milk and a dash more of salt and pepper. Pour eggs into a separate greased hot frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. When bottom is set place the tomato and onion mixture over one half and fold. Cook just a little more until the egg is completely set.

Nowaday, i see many people are making lahori omelet at home because of its taste. Many breakfast recipes that first were only available at restaurants are now being prepared at homes.
ohh, it is good recipe but i think it will be more for one person. it is being prepared with 3 eggs and therefore if there are 2 to 3 persons for breakfast then you should make it otherwise it will be wasted, so do not waste foods. recipe is good but big quantity.
hmm nice omelete i really like this recipe because its very easy and best for breakfast,
