Ingredients
1 kg Chicken
5-6 Tomatoes
5-6 Green chilies chopped
5-6 Green chilies whole
1/2 cup Clarified butter
1tsp Crushed red chili
1tsp Crushed black pepper
1tsp Crushed fennel seed
1tsp Crushed Cumin
1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek
3 tbsp Garlic paste
For garnish Garlic chopped
to taste Salt
How to make Lahori Desi Murgh Karahi

METHOD:

Coat the whole chicken with ginger garlic paste. Put it in a deep skillet, add sufficient amount of water cover and cook till the chicken tender.

Strain the chicken stock. In a pan add oil along with the stock , add the remaining 1 tbsp garlic paste, 5 to 6 chopped green chillies, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp crushed red chilli, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp crushed fennel seed, 1 tsp crushed cumin seed and salt. Fry on a medium flame fry until the oil forms separate layer forms. Add the chicken along with 5 to 6 green chillies and 1/2 tsp dry fenugreek

When the chicken is fully tendered and the gravy thickens turn the flame off and serve in a dish. Garnish with finely sliced ginger.
