1 cup ghee
1 cup washed moong dal flour
1 cup powdered sugar
powdered cardamom
METHOD:
In a kadai, put in half the ghee, and add the moong dal flour. Stir constantly and evenly until brown and light. Remove from fire.
In a thali, mix well the remaining ghee and sugar until it becomes frothy. Add the flour and mix again. Then form into lemon-sized balls Add cardamom.
The ladoos are now ready to eat.
Instead of moong dal flour, wheat or Bengal gram:. flour (besan) may also be used.
