Ingredients
½ cup ghee
1 cup besan
½ cup milk
¾ cup sugar
4 cardamoms
a small piece of nutmeg
chironji, poppy seeds and almonds (optional)
How to make Mohan Thal
Method
Heat ghee in a kadai. Add the besan and stir thoroughly. Heat milk and add to the besan, stirring constantly and evenly. When the besan turns reddish-brown and light, 'move from. fire.
