کھجور کا حلوہ

اجزاء:
تازہ کھجور: ½ کلو
بسکٹ: ایک پیکٹ
فریش کریم: ایک پیکٹ
پسا کھوپرا: ایک پیکٹ
باریک کٹے اخروٹ: ½ پیالی
مکھن: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چینی: حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے تمام کھجور کی گٹھلیاں نکال کر انہیں چوپر میں پیس لیں، اب بسکٹ کا چورا کر لیں پھر ایک کڑاہی میں ایک کھانے کا چمچ مکھن ڈال کر اس میں پسے ہوئے کھجور ڈالیں، ہلکا سا بھون کر بسکٹ کا چورا اور چینی شامل کر لیں، پھر اتنا بھونیں کہ بسکٹ اور چینی حل ہو جائیں، اب ایک تھالی میں تھوڑا سا تیل پھیلا کر کڑاہی میں تیار کیا ہوا کھجور کا آمیزہ ڈال دیں، چمچے یا ہاتھ کی مدد سے اسے پھیلائیں پھر اس پر پسا کھوپرا اور اخروٹ ڈال کر اوپر سے فریش کریم ڈال دیں، مزیدار حلوہ تیار ہے۔
