چینی------------------- 1کلو
کارن فلور-------------- 250گرام
پانی-------------------- 750گرام
چہار مغز--------------- 50گرام
بادام------------------- 120گرام
ٹاٹری----------------- 3گرام
پستہ------------------ 20عدد
الائچی---------------- 10عدد
کریم ٹاٹری------------ 1گرام
جلیبی کا رنگ--------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک برتن میں چینی اور پانی ڈال کر شیرہ بنائیں۔
کارن فلور کو پانی میں بھگو دیں۔
اب کارن فلور کو چینی کے شیرے میں شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں، اتنا کہ حلوے کی شکل میں آجائے۔
پھر اس میں ٹاٹری ، الائچی،چہار مغز، کریم ٹاٹری اور جلیبی کا رنگ ڈال کر ٹرے میں بچھائیں۔
پستہ اور بادام سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
