NAUSHABA TABASSUM, HOME TOWN IS KARACHI BUT NOW IN HONGKONG
Wow it seems a totally new dish to me. I will try this ghugni, Now Ramadan just passed 2 months ago, so I will prepare and serve it to the family with evening tea. I like these kinds of desi foods from Bihari and Pakistani Indian cuisines.
I insist my wife to prepare kale chane ke ki chat (ghugni) for me but she likes some other things so she tries to evade it and makes things of her own choice. She also likes some of the iftar items however I particularly like and insist for this.
